Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship orders in the timeliest of fashion. Occasionally a situation will arise when we are unable to deliver a product. If this should happen with your order we will contact you via the information you entered while registering onto this website. We only ship to PayPal verified adresses or to credit card billing addresses. Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO's.

Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by UPS, orders made with an unusually large amount of weight or dimensions may be subject to a freight charge. Please call us at (847)991-3200 if you think you may be placing an order that could incur a freight charge. 

(*) EXCEPTION : Due to the rising shipping costs for oversized items, most fishing rods and oversized items do not qualify for any free shipping offers.

Returns & Replacements

At FishinGurus we want all our customers to be very satisfied. In the event that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may exchange or return it. Only unused merchandise qualify. The merchandise must be in the original packaging and you must include the original packing slip / receipt. Our store policy is:

EXCHANGES: 30 days from the delivery date of your order.  REFUNDS: 10 days from the delivery date of your order.

Only items for which we issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) can be returned. Packages received without a RAN # will be returned to sender. Products must be returned the way they were shipped. 

We are NOT responsible for items damaged in shipping. Please inspect your packages before accepting them. If the shipping boxes have obviuos signs of mishandling, you MUST register a complain with the respective carrier.

We striive to enter numerous products on this site. However, we carry in our store thousands of additional items. We also have access to a virtually unlimited supply of various fishing related products including that very hard to find lure you've been looking for. You may pay with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal.

Our prices are very competitive and in many cases we sell for less. If you find a lower price for any product we stock, we would like the opportunity to match it. We appreciate all our customers and will do what we can to help them. Simply call us and inform one of our Sales Representatives where you found a better price. The source of the lower price must come from an authorized US dealer. Once we confirm the price, source and the details of the offer, you can be secure in knowing FishinGurus will match it. *Along with matching the best price you will receive a free gift as a token of our appreciation.
